Transpersonal Art Therapy and Counselling can assist you to not only understand yourself but to make real meaning of your place in this world. As a Qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist and Counsellor, my belief is that every person has worth, dignity, the capacity for self-direction and an inherent impulse toward growth and to reach toward full potential.
Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.
WHAT IS TRANSPERSONAL ART THERAPY?
Transpersonal Counselling and Art Therapy are creative approaches drawing on ancient and modern systems. They are client centred forms of therapy, focusing on the client finding their own wisdom. Transpersonal work helps us see ourselves in different ways and provides a safe environment for growth, healing, personal transformation and change.
I offer a variety of modalities and tools that will enable you to understand where your strengths lie. By focusing on what you can do well, you can build on these traits and behaviours to gain additional resources that will help you overcome personal challenges, and allow you to achieve your individual life goals. I cater to each of my client’s personal needs in order to unlock their full potential. Please feel free to contact me to have a chat if you have any questions.

I had the good fortune to have a session with Lesley during a time when I was feeling overwhelmed with some core family issues. When I reached her doorstop I was feeling very loaded and Lesley had quite a disarming manner in which she was attentive and compassionate and took me through a process whereby we could look at the situation together in order for me to gain new insight in an old way of patterning and as a result, I experienced a change in a personal dynamic and I felt lighter at the end of the tunnel.
What a lovely treat to have met you. Thank you for your generous spirit that really offered wise and practical support during a transitional year… The resources have really helped me.
